I’ve built PMOs from scratch, led multi-million-dollar turnarounds, and implemented strategic changes that deliver measurable results, while mentoring professionals into their next stages of leadership.
Starting in project management and advancing into leadership positions, I've navigated the corporate landscape with a dual focus on transformation and mentoring.
